Please read these terms carefully before using our site or participating in tracks and workshops.

1. Scope

These terms apply to this website and to our tracks and workshops.

Participants must be 18+ and agree to respectful behaviour in all spaces.

Scheduling is arranged in advance. Rescheduling is possible with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

Fees are shown on the site or communicated before booking. Taxes may apply under Swiss law.

Tracks: Full refund if cancelled ≥ 7 days before start; 50% refund if 3–6 days; no refund within 48 hours of start.
Team workshops: Reschedule up to 3 business days in advance; cancellations within 3 days are charged.
No-shows: Considered delivered.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where applicable.

Materials are for personal or internal team use by enrolled participants. No redistribution or recording without written permission.

We provide education and guidance only. We do not promise specific results or benefits. Services are not medical or psychological treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the applicable activity.

Swiss law applies. Venue: Zürich, Switzerland.
